ASU Signs Credit Transfer Agreement with Ranger College

Texas Business reports: Angelo State University has signed an articulation agreement with Ranger College (RC) to allow RC students to seamlessly transfer credit for courses completed at Ranger College into ASU academic programs through a simplified and guaranteed process.

ASU President Joseph C. Rallo and RC President William J. Campion signed the agreement on May 31 at the Ranger College campus.

As a result of the agreement, RC students who transfer into any ASU academic programs will have all their course credit accepted at ASU.  Angelo State offers 45 bachelor’s degrees, 22 master’s degrees and one doctoral degree in more than 100 academic programs.

Founded in 1925, Ranger College occupies a 50-acre campus within the city limits of Ranger in Eastland County, and has satellite campuses in Brown and Erath counties.  It has been one of the fastest-growing colleges in Texas the last two years, and is the fifth-fastest growing community college in the U.S. according to U.S. Department of Education statistics.  It offers associate degrees in the arts and sciences.
