Grand Prairie's Lockheed Wins $34.6 Million Patriot Missile Support Contract

Texas Business reports:  A Grand Prairie firm won a $34.6 million contract to support Patriot Missiles, announced the U.S. Department of Defense.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Grand Prairie, Texas, won a $34,654,745 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract. 

The award will provide for the services in support of the Patriot Advanced Capability Missile Support Center. 

Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2013.

The bid was solicited through the Internet, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., handled the contract.
