Texas Business reports:  A Houston firm won a $22.7 million contract to provide environmental services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Department of Defense announced.

Tetra Tech NUS Inc., Houston, Texas, received a $22,750,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award task order contract. 

The award will provide for the environmental services for compliance projects in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. 

Work location will be determined wish each task order, with an estimated completion date of May 23, 2016. 

The bid was solicited through the Federal Business Opportunities website, with ten bids received. 

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas handled the contract.
