McKinney's Raytheon Wins $44 Million Contract Change for Military Drones

Texas Business reports:  A McKinney firm won a $44 million contract change for military unmanned aerial vehicles, the U.S. Department of Defense announced.

Raytheon of McKinney, Texas, received a $44,032,247 contract modification for the Reaper/Predator Program. 

This contract modification is for Multi-spectral Targeting System, Target Location Accuracy, High- Definition Video and Targeting Improvements. 

The location of the performance is McKinney, Texas. 

Work is expected to be completed by July 17, 2015.

The contract was handled by AFLCMC/WIIK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
