Pinnacle Propane Acquires Marble Falls Propane Provider

Texas Business reports: IRVING—Pinnacle Propane LLC, a provider of propane and refined fuels in the southwestern United States, acquired Bill Smith Butane of Marble Falls, Texas.
The acquisition strengthens Pinnacle Propane's presence throughout the entire Central Texas Hill Country with operations in San Antonio, Seguin, Georgetown, Austin, Drippings Springs and now Marble Falls serving the entire Highland Lakes area.
Pinnacle Propane is a subsidiary of JP Energy Partners.
“With this acquisition, Pinnacle Propane continues to expand our service area and our product offerings to ensure the highest level of convenience, service and safety in all of the products we deliver,” said JP Energy Partners senior vice president Robert Chalmers in a prepared statement. “We are committed to the Central Texas area and continue to seek quality expansion opportunities in the surrounding region.”
The Pinnacle Propane Marble Falls location will continue to offer propane bottle filling at the store in Marble Falls as well as residential and commercial propane delivery and service work to the surrounding areas. The company also delivers refined fuels, allowing area businesses to have unleaded and diesel delivered directly to them at bulk prices.
Established in 1980, Bill Smith Butane has been a local propane supplier to residents of the Marble Falls, Texas area for more than 30 years. The company provides propane refill, propane tanks, and propane cylinders as well as delivers refined fuels to the area.
Pinnacle Propane LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of JP Energy Partners LP, an Irving based Master Limited Partnership.
