RemitDATA Names John Stanton as Vice President of Consulting and Phillip McClure as Vice President of Sales

Texas Business reports: PLANO, Texas—RemitDATA Inc., a healthcare industry provider of comparative analytics for provider productivity and financial data, appointed John Stanton as vice president of consulting and Phillip McClure as vice president of sales.

“With their combined experience, John and Phillip are tremendous assets to the RemitDATA team,” said chief executive David Ellett in a prepared statement. “They will help us deliver and broaden our capabilities to physician and billing practices, as well as expand our reach to larger healthcare organizations.”

For more than 10 years, Stanton worked for healthcare management consulting firms. He began his career in regulatory and financial analysis. He then worked as an executive consultant at Beacon Partners, where he was immediately assigned to rescue a hospital-based physician clinic merger, integration and interface project at USC Hospital.  In his current role as vice president of consulting, Stanton is part of the executive leadership team, reporting to David Ellett, and working with account managers and the sales and marketing teams.

“RemitDATA recognizes the need that physician and billing practices have to be fiscally and operationally competitive,” said Stanton in a statement. “The limited availability of business intelligence tools in the industry provides a significant opportunity for us to deliver the right solutions to fill this need.”

McClure, vice president of sales, has more than 18 years of  working with SCI Solutions, NCR, Eviti Inc, and most recently with MedeAnalytics. As a regional sales manager at Oacis Healthcare, McClure developed a strong clinical background, working to help promote Healthcare's first open architected clinical information system using what was then referred to
